          But these aren\u2019t regular brick-and-mortar houses. They are environmentally conscious passive wooden houses that are designed and built from scratch by the A+ hi\u0161a team.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

          As a small family business, they rely on a steady income from new customers. Tragically, one of their larger projects was cancelled due to higher forces, creating a three-month gap that could have been devastating for the business.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

With rising electricity costs, some future homeowners are considering passive houses as an investment to reduce overall living costs.
