THE CHALLENGE
In 2023, A+ Hiša hit an unexpected setback: just before signing, a construction deal that was supposed to carry the majority of the year's revenue fell through. In prefab timber construction, where processes run in long, capital-intensive cycles, a three-month production stall meant a real threat to the liquidity of the family business.
At the first meeting, the director wasn't asking about social media aesthetics or long-term brand awareness. In front of us was a single, fixed, time-bound goal: find a buyer and sell one passive house before the month was out.
THE DIAGNOSTIC MOMENT: ADDRESSING THE BUYER'S REAL FEAR
Instead of launching generic ads with nice photos of the buildings, we spotted an external, macroeconomic lever. During a period of sharply rising energy prices, passive eco construction was a financial shield for a specific set of buyers.
To cut through the long decision cycles, we designed a direct tactical campaign with a strong financial guarantee: "Buy a passive house and we'll cover the heating costs for the next five years." The offer removed the buyers' main uncertainty at that moment without touching the brand's positioning.
Result: within 15 days we signed the contract and filled the three-month gap. That intervention set the direction for the more lasting system we run today.
WHAT WE BUILT
As soon as we stabilized the emergency, we expanded the partnership into a long-term model built on four pillars.
Repositioning the identity
We replaced standard sales arguments with clear technical and ecological authority. We aimed the brand's voice at educating buyers on the long-term sustainability of passive construction.
Organic dominance (SEO)
To reduce dependence on constantly buying ad space, we optimized the site for the key niche terms (passive houses, eco construction, timber houses). The company took the top search positions, securing a steady flow of highly qualified contacts with no growth in the media budget.
Adaptive acquisition pressure
Because the family company's construction capacity is limited, linear growth in inquiries would cause an operational collapse or a drop in quality, so we built a system of adaptive ad pressure. When the construction calendar is open, we ramp acquisition up; when capacity is booked months ahead, the system shifts into maintenance mode.
RESULTS
Immediate risk cover: we filled the three-month gap in the first month of the partnership
Operational predictability: more than three years of continuous partnership, in which the company never once had idle time or operational overload
Market authority: top search positions across the full set of specialized keywords in eco construction
A NOTE
Acquisition in this partnership isn't measured by linear growth in volume. The system actively slows inquiry generation during periods of full capacity — the opposite of the standard marketing approach. Market authority and organic recognition are measured through Google positions for the key niche terms.
