Performance marketing for service and B2B companies

Lead generation and an organised path to the deal.

Lead generation is a digital marketing service from PIKA. Digital, a company based in Ljubljana, for service and B2B businesses. We connect Google and Meta advertising, a landing page and a CRM into one sales system. Every inquiry gets an owner, a status and a date for the next contact. Management gets a weekly report: how many inquiries, at what cost, and how many are qualified.

At Naitors (PVC windows and doors), Google search brought 56 inquiries in one month (April/May 2026) at a CPL of 14,57 €. By October 2026, monthly inquiries had climbed to almost 100.

Who it is for

Who is lead generation for?

For service companies and B2B teams with a clear offer and capacity for new customers. We focus on services where a deal is worth 3.000 € or more, such as window and door installers, shading, heating and renovation contractors.

Inquiries already arrive, but get lost? We start with the sales process: who picks up the contact, who sends the quote, who calls back. Need new contacts? We review the offer, website and advertising, and set up channels we measure all the way to revenue.

If nobody owns the inquiries, advertising is not the first step. We fix that first. Selling to consumers through an online store? See performance marketing for online stores.

What we set up

What does a lead generation system include?

Google Ads

Search campaigns for people who already look for your service. We measure submitted inquiries and their cost, not clicks.
Google Ads →

Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns with correct tracking and creative that we test hook by hook.
Meta ads →

Landing page

A page with one goal: take the visitor to a submitted inquiry in as few clicks as possible.

A CRM we build and maintain

Every inquiry is logged in the CRM automatically, gets an owner and a deadline for the next contact.
CRM implementation →

Automations

Follow-up reminders and automatic nurturing of contacts by how warm they are.

Weekly report

Every week: number of inquiries, cost per inquiry, contact quality and open quotes.

Before we start, we write down what PIKA takes on and what stays with your team.

Naitors sells PVC windows and doors. Five salespeople tracked inquiries in Excel and nobody knew who had last called a contact. We built a new website, Google and Meta advertising, and a CRM with automatic entry. Every contact now has an owner, and the system handles every follow-up. By October 2026, monthly inquiries had climbed to almost 100.

Terms

How do we work together, and what is in the offer?

Work runs in 90-day cycles. We usually agree one cycle, with a 60-day notice period (terms of business).

The offer lists the initial setup (website, CRM, integrations, automations) and the monthly work (advertising, optimisation, reporting) separately. Licences and the advertising budget are separate from our work and itemised on their own.

We need access to advertising and CRM systems, and feedback within three working days of a request. One dedicated project lead runs your account. We do not guarantee results in advance, but we always guarantee measurement.

FAQ

What do companies ask most often before working together?

How much does lead generation cost?

We have no fixed price list, because the price follows scope: the number of channels, the CRM rollout and the state of your sales funnel. The offer itemises the initial setup, the monthly work, licences and the advertising budget separately. After the first call you know exactly what you get and what it costs.

Can we keep our CRM?

Yes, if it supports your sales process and the integrations we need. We first review what your system can already do, then propose adapting it or an alternative.

What if inquiries already come in?

Then we start with the sales process, not the ads. We review who picks up a contact, how you track sent quotes and where follow-up stalls. Existing contacts can be sorted out in the first phase.

Who answers the inquiries, you or us?

Your sales team answers, and we build the system around it. Before we start we name the responsible person on your side and the next steps in handling. If you need extra help, we write its scope into the offer.

Do you guarantee a number of inquiries?

No. We do not guarantee results in advance, because they also depend on the market and on your sales. We guarantee measurement: a report every week, every step with a yardstick, every euro with a channel name.

How long is the commitment?

Work is usually agreed for one 90-day cycle with a 60-day notice period. The terms are in our terms of business.
